All submissions are limited to 15 pages and must be submitted in PDF format.
Please cite sources.
Submission deadline is 5pm PST on September 15, 2023.
Finalists will be notified on October 14, 2023.
Finalists will have 10 minutes to present their solutions to a panel of judges in person or via Zoom on Saturday, November 11, 2023.
