CRISIS HOTLINES, HELPLINES & WARMLINES

If you or a loved one are seeking additional mental health support, these resources may assist with navigating mental health challenges and connecting you with professional services.

If you are in immediate danger, please call 911.

Crisis Hotlines: Typically available 24/7 and designed for individuals in immediate crisis. 

Helplines: Provide general information, support and referrals. Some helplines are available 24/7.

Warmlines: Support for individuals who are not in immediate crisis.  They offer "warm" conversations for those feeling lonely, stressed or need someone to talk to.  Hours of availability vary.

The YWCA provides services to those in emergency domestic violence situations as well as those in general need of resources. All services are available to women, men and children regardless of sexual orientation and services are conducted in a safe and confidential environment.
